Check the schedule below, decide on the session or course that you want and day; then scroll down to the bookings section and click on the 'book' button by the relevant session and follow the instructions

New starters we ask that you fill in an Assessment Form. This enables you to find the most suitable exercises for you.

There are various flexible options:

  • Book and buy an individual session.

  • Buy a pricing plan for 4, 5, 6 or 10 weeks when you go through the booking process for a session. You'll be booked in for that session and will need to book the balance of your sessions.

If you buy a pricing plan it can be used for any of the sessions - Pilates, HIP Pilates or Yoga
