Been taking classes here for over a decade and all the teachers are extremely professional, knowledgeable and assess everyone's ability and fitness before the class. The really friendly team of women that run the studio and their mix of different skill sets makes for dynamic classes.

Group sessions Pilates
The size of all our Pilates classes is limited to 12 people, ensuring close supervision, support and individual attention from your instructor.
Beginners: complete beginners, little experience and returners
Improvers: the next step after a beginners course.
Intermediate: more challenging exercises and a good knowledge of the repertoire.
HIP the exciting new form of pilates -the combination of the precision and focus you know with the dynamism of a high energy and intensity workout
Transition: primarily to prepare the people finishing the beginner’s course. It is open to anyone – if you have previously been on a starter course and didn’t follow through or have prior experience but haven’t been recently.
Ballet classes for boys and girls. Bringing joy to your little wonder as we make learning to dance an unforgettable and magical experience. From 18 months to 5 years, our ballet classes will give your child the chance to dance, gain confidence and shine, in a fun, caring and supportive environment.
