 Coming up!


HIP (High Intensity Power) Pilates a more dynamic form of Pilates that combines the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates session with the dynamic energy of a high intensity workout. Starting three sessions a week from 27th July.

The Studio welcomes the enthusiastic and highly comitted Samantha instructing both Yoga and Voga starting in August.

Two beginners 6 week courses starting Tuesday 4th August @11.30am and Monday 24th August @ 8pm.

Our clients have demanding schedules so we open early in the morning and late in the evening. We realise that flexibility is key as well so we don't require membership - book a course or a single session the choice is yours.

This is a real professional pilates studio. Here I've been taught correct body control pilates not like the walk-in wishy washy classes that don't teach you the fundamentals. I highly recommend


Group sessions _ Pilates

The size of all our Pilates classes is limited to 12 people, ensuring close supervision, support and individual attention from your instructor.

Can't find a suitable class or time let us know and we will try and accommodate your preferences.


  • Beginners: complete beginners, little experience and returners 

  • Improvers: the next step after  a beginners course.

  • Intermediate: more challenging exercises and a good knowledge of the repertoire.
