Group sessions  Pilates

The size of all our Pilates classes is limited to 12 people, ensuring close supervision, support and individual attention from your instructor.


  • Beginners: complete beginners, little experience and returners 

  • Improvers: the next step after a beginners course.

  • Intermediate: more challenging exercises and a good knowledge of the repertoire.

  • HIP  the exciting new form of pilates -the combination of the precision and focus you know with the dynamism of a high energy and intensity workout

  • Transition: primarily to prepare the people finishing the beginner’s course. It is open to anyone – if you have previously been on a starter course and didn’t follow through or have prior experience but haven’t been recently.
